Amplifying Artists, Aggregating Resources & Accrediting Cultural Work

Our Mission

We preserve, protect, and transmit Black heritage by connecting people, places, and generations. Through collaborative partnerships, we safeguard cultural knowledge, elevate Black-led spaces, and empower artists and cultural creatives to carry our legacy forward.

Our Vision

We envision an Indianapolis where Black culture and history are not only honored but powerfully shape our city’s future - driving innovation, dismantling systemic barriers, and cultivating thriving, intergenerational communities.

Our Values

Heritage & Empowerment

We honor the depth, resilience, and brilliance of Black history and culture. We amplify the voices, creativity, and leadership of Black communities.

Justice & Joy

We confront systemic inequities with boldness, strategy, and care. We center joy as both a birthright and a form of resistance.

Preservation & Intergenerational Transmission

We protect sacred spaces, stories, and practices for future generations. We bridge past, present, and future through storytelling, education, and shared stewardship.

Collaboration & Sustainability

We foster mutual trust, shared power, and ethical partnerships. We build cultural, economic, and communal ecosystems that endure.

Our Leadership Team

Our collective is guided by industry professionals committed to improving the quality of life for Hoosier creatives.
